  1. Trance and Hypnotherapy is a perfectly natural, secure, relaxing state of mind, similar to daydream. While in that comfortable state you can reprogram your subconscious to minimize/cure all types of physical and mental ills. Everybody goes into the hypnotic state a minimum of 25 times a day. Maybe you have driven a well known route, and suddenly think I don’t remember passing a certain place… or maybe you have been engrossed viewing a film, and suddenly knew your coffee has gone cold. That is a light hypnotic state. If you have ever encountered one of these situations or something similar you then would greatly benefit from hypnotherapy.
